Hoping to start an all-crafts-friendly group in the greater New Haven area, with an emphasis on crocheting and knitting. This is a group for anyone who loves to knit or wants to learn to knit. We will work on small projects for donations, particularly hats, scarves and mittens to be donated during the "Midnight Run" over the winter. Beginners welcome, help will be available. Bring your yarn scraps or whatever leftovers you have. I can probably reserve a space in a local White Plains School for an evening once a week. Remembers, scarves are simple and you can easily learn and have fun at the same time!
