For those that are enamored with the craft of yarn and needles, hooks, spindles or wheels: come join us! We will spend a little talk time along with enjoying our favorite craft. Our goal? Having fun...sharing ideas, patterns, techniques and learning from each other. And we always enjoy seeing everyone's projects, whether you knit, crochet, tat, spin or weave. Whether knitting or crochet is your main love, yarn lovers can unite through our group. Our large meeting is the last Tuesday of each month in Cary, and there are various activities sprinkled throughout the rest of the month for those who need a fix!

Want to do craft classes but can't stomach the price tag? This meetup is designed to teach and demo cool crafts and techniques in all kinds of media. Metals, beads, collage, paint, drawing, assemblage, papers, yarn, food, upcycle- you name it we'll play with it! Every class taught will produce a usable, or at least super-interesting, item that you keep. Classes will be limited to 12 participants, will include wine and snacks, and will always be in the $25 range.
… For fun we have an annual Christmas Party, share a pattern library, have special doorprize meetings and periodic yarn swaps! We meet at Panera Bread near Best Buy (on Capital Blvd). Please remember to be considerate of our host meeting place. Plan to enjoy a cup of soup, a sandwich or a pastry with something to drink.
